Join Cross Country Education as an Early Childhood School Nurse (RN) supporting the health, safety, and academic success of young learners throughout the school year in Newark, NJ.
- Provide comprehensive school nursing services to early childhood students across preschool agency locations, including health screenings, maintaining immunization and physical records, and monitoring individual student health needs.
- Develop and maintain Individual Health Care Plans for students with significant health conditions and communicate health concerns, allergies, and care needs with families and school staff.
- Provide parent education, health guidance, and assistance connecting families with appropriate medical and community health resources.
- Collaborate with families and school staff to support student health needs and participate in required training and parent-teacher conferences.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
- ValidCPR and First Aid Certifications
- School-based experience preferred
- Competitive Pay:
Earn$40.70
per hour
