Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support daily health needs
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and outcomes comprehensively
- Educate patients and families on health management and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Supervise nursing assistants and delegate tasks effectively
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proficient in patient care and medical documentation
- Skilled in vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
