Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to service hospice patients in Cumberland County, NJ. You will work within the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and coordinate care to maximize comfort and health for patients and families.
The role requires NJ RN licensure, a BSN or equivalent, and at least 1 year of RN experience (hospice experience preferred). Strong assessment, communication, organization, and driving ability are essential.
