Director of Nursing - Ambulatory Care & Quality Leadership

VNACJ Community Health Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical excellence across four Monmouth County CHC sites. The DON collaborates with the Medical Director to improve patient-centered care in a full-time, in-person role with direct oversight of two sites and indirect oversight of two others.

The role requires RN, BSN with MSN preferred, 5+ years of nursing, and 3+ years in ambulatory care (FQHC preferred).
