Requirements
- Active NJ or Compact RN License
- Minimum 1.5 years of Level III NICU experience
- Documented PICU experience required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- PALS certification required
- EPIC experience required
- Experience with NICU Level III/IV patients
- Experience with neonatal ventilator management
- Experience with UAC/UVC management
- Strong critical care and pediatric clinical skills
- Must be willing to float between NICU, Newborn Nursery, PICU, and Pediatrics
- Former employees of the healthcare system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
