Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Quality Control Lead to join a global manufacturing company. In this role you will be working organizing the olfactive QC lab ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining the integrity of QC results.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in designing tactical and operational plans to meet quality control goals

Complete QC tasks in assigned areas of activity with a focus on efficiency

Oversee and mentor QC analysts I/II/III and QC technicians in conducting evaluations

Monitor team and individual performance

Ensure maintenance of test equipment

Coach QC analysts and technicians

Promote the development and promotion of local QC talents

Contribute to the execution of annual HR processes

Education and Skills

Bachelors’ degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science or related

Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in a similar position

Management experience

Previous experience in sensory evaluation required

Proficiency in procedures and techniques for laboratory operations
