The Senior Managerof QAComplianceisresponsiblefordeveloping,implementing,andcontinuouslyimprovingthecompany’sQuality Management System (QMS).Thisroleensuresthatmanufacturingandoperationalprocessescomplywithapplicableregulatoryrequirements,industry standards,andinternalqualityprocedures.

Thispositionoverseesqualitysystems,including

CAPA,deviations,change control,documentcontrol,audit programs,andvalidationactivities.

Therolepartnerscross-functionally with

Manufacturing,Supply Chain,and Product

Developmenttomaintaincomplianceandstrengthenqualityprocesses.

Thispositionreportstothe Director of Quality .

• Ownandmaintainthecompany’sQuality Management System (QMS) includingqualitypolicies,procedures,anddocumentationstandards.
• Overseedocumentcontrolandensurecompliancewith Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Managecorequalitysystemprocesses,including:

• Non-Conformance Reports(NCR)
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Deviationsandinvestigations
• Change Control
• Productreworkandretrieval(mockrecall)

• Leadtheinternalauditprogramandcoordinateexternalaudits,including
  
  ISO,GMP,andcustomeraudits.
• Ensureauditreadinessanddrivecorrectiveactionsfromauditfindings.

• Manageequipmentqualificationactivities,including
  
  IQ,OQ,andPQ.
• Overseeequipmentcalibrationandvalidationdocumentation.

• Maintainknowledgeofapplicableregulationsandindustrystandards.
• Ensureoperationalprocessesremaincompliantwith
  
  GMP,ISO,andregulatoryrequirements.

• Monitorqualitysystemmetricsandidentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement.
• Supportrisk-basedqualityinitiativesacrossoperationalteams.

• Partner with Manufacturing,Supply Chain,and Product
  
  Developmenttoensurequalityrequirementsareintegratedintooperationalprocesses.

• Bachelor'sdegreeinsciences,cosmetics,orrelatedfieldrequired.
• Minimum6yearsofexperiencein Quality Assuranceor Quality Systems .
