Supervise employees to ensure security, safety, food specifications, quality assurance, sanitation, HACCP and FDA regulations are followed;
Control labor and food costs per company specifications;
Train and coach employees and conduct performance evaluations;
Prepare management reports (attendance, HACCP, labor) as required;
Ensure compliance with airline specifications and company policies; maintain logs and records;
Maintain daily temperature logs and other logs; support maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment;
Coordinate with HR and support functions; manage staffing and scheduling; address union-related matters;
Ensure wage and hour policy compliance and breaks; train staff on procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste
