Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
• Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed
• Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast offerings
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Collaborate with the banquet and catering teams for special events
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation
• Assist the cook with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing salads

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
