Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mature, responsible individual with business experience for a Night Closing Manager position. Applicants must have experience leading, managing, and interacting with both associates and the public preferably in a retail setting. This person will be responsible for the operation of the store when the Store Manager or the Assistant Store Manager is not present. Candidates applying must be able to work from afternoon start time until 9 PM a minimum of 3 days per week.

Candidates will need to be available most weekends.

• Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered in all departments.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for all store associates.

• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
• Ability to learn and utilize the store’s technology
• Ability to direct others and prioritize tasks

Must have 1 year minimum supermarket management experience.
