Viridian Staffing's client is looking for Bud tenders / Dispensary Agents for an exciting, fast paced cannabis dispensary about 20 miles outside of the Newark, New Jersey, area. You will need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. You are a team player and have the ability to build relationships quickly with your fellow employees and customers. You have a learning mindset and your knowledge about the cannabis plant (or desire to learn more about cannabis) gives you the ability to provide a great customer experience by providing customers with all information and resources available to help recommend the right product to best suit their requests.

You will bring with you retail sales experience, and your ability to ramp up on software systems, such as POS systems, quickly. If you are an organized, extremely detail oriented, multitasker with great communication skills, always give 100%, and have proven your ability to use your cannabis and hemp knowledge to establish credibility & rapport with customers, building professional, long-term relationships with them, then this could be the right role for you.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work for a licensed cannabis company in the state of New Jersey
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, twist, and sit for up to 8 hours/day
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inventory experience
• Cannabis retail experience
• Computer system (POS/ERP) savvy

Pay - $18/hour
