Position Overview
As a Wendy’s Cashier, we need you to bring your positive energy, smiles, enthusiasm and sense of urgency to the front counter and/or drive thru!
As a Cashier you’ll provide an outstanding customer experience by:
- Engaging with customers
- Operate the cash registers and take payments
- Assist customers with digital ordering and Mobile App Rewards
- Perform positional cleaning tasks
- Prepare beverages and Frosty as needed
- Coordinate and bag dine in and drive thru orders as needed
- Upselling when appropriate
- Smile and be friendly to our guests!
- Managing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Accepting payments and providing receipts
- Fluent in English
- Energetic
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints or know when to ask a manager for help with difficult complaints
- Basic computer or cash register knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
