Fishermen’s Source is a premium retailer of saltwater and freshwater fishing gear, striving to exceed our customers' expectations with quality products and prompt service. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team who will work weekends. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
• Maintaining a clean and organized storefront, including restocking merchandise and performing general cleaning duties
• Coordinating with the warehouse and eCommerce team to ensure seamless operations
• Working with the Fishermen’s Source team on local cross-promotions to generate awareness
• Staying current with industry product advances and assist in creating policies and procedures for the retail business
• Implementing loss prevention and inventory control measures consistent with our eCommerce business.
• Participating in social media efforts, including updates to our Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube channels, and potentially contributing to video content for our website and email marketing
