District Manager, Retail

Driveline is seeking a District Manager to lead retail merchandising execution across a multi-store territory. In this field-based role, you'll oversee planogram resets, audits, and special projects for major retailers, ensuring accurate, on-time completion. You'll recruit, schedule, and coach merchandisers, review data and photos for quality, and partner with store leaders to resolve issues. The position offers autonomy, flexible field work, and structured training in a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, communication, and improving the in-store customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multi-store retail territory for Driveline's merchandising programs
• Ensure accurate planogram resets, audits, and project work across assigned district locations
• Coach, schedule, and oversee field merchandisers to meet performance and quality expectations
• Monitor execution data, photos, and reports to verify compliance with client standards
• Partner with retailers and brands to resolve in-store issues and improve presentation and sales
• Analyze results and implement corrective actions to maximize retail execution and efficiency
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and best practices clearly to field teams and clients
• Travel regularly within the district to visit stores, assess work, and train associates
