Gericke North America is searching for a Sales professional to work on site in Somerset-NJ.
- Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated person with a strong work ethic.
- This is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of powder handling solutions for our clients.
In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop a sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business. You will be a representative of the Gericke Group, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will become an advisor and solution provider throughout the sales process.
Scaling the business is our one and only focus!
- Create and develop a Sales Strategy to help obtain your personal quotas, as well as those set by Gericke.
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your sales territory.
- Coordinate and work directly with Sales Leaders to provide feedback and current opportunity status updates.
- Ability to manage CRM data maintaining clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
- Cold calling; making many outbound calls to potential clients.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, etc.
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients to manage through CRM.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Continually developing, nurturing, and growing your Sales Pipeline.
- Must be influential and goal-oriented.
- Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Must be able and willing to travel.
- Outside Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and be able to work independently with low supervision.
- A passion for equipment and customer service.
- Very good interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
