This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newark, NJ, for an Energy Sales Representative. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, educating them on the benefits of renewable energy, and offering tailored energy solutions to meet their needs. The role requires building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The Energy Sales Representative will actively participate in team initiatives and adhere to company policies and sales guidelines while promoting renewable energy adoption.
Qualifications- Strong sales and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement
- Understanding of renewable energy products and their environmental benefits
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in relevant fields is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Newark, NJ
