We are looking for a high-performing Sales Hunter with deep domain expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling IT Services, Digital Engineering, and R&D solutions to global pharmaceutical and life sciences enterprises.
This is a pure new business acquisition role
, focused on building strategic CXO relationships and expanding footprint across regulated markets.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across Pharma, Biotech, Med Tech, and CRO organizations
- Develop and execute territory and account penetration strategies
- Sell IT & Engineering services including:
- Digital Transformation
- AI/ML & Advanced Analytics
- Regulatory & Compliance Solutions
- Validation & Quality Engineering
- Product Engineering (Medical Devices)
- Engage CXO stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, VP R&D, VP Clinical, Head of Manufacturing, Quality Heads)
- Partner with domain consultants and delivery teams for differentiated value propositions
- Participate in key industry forums such as DIA, BIO International Convention, and ISPE
- Global Pharma & Biopharma companies
- Specialty & Generic Pharma
- Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Medical Device & Med Tech companies
- 8–15 years of enterprise IT/Engineering services sales experience
- 5+ years focused on Life Sciences / Pharma vertical
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical Development lifecycle
- Drug Discovery & Pharmacovigilance
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain (GxP environments)
- Regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA)
- Familiarity with platforms such as:
- IQVIA
- SAP (S/4
HANA in Pharma) - Oracle
- Proven ability to close large, multi-million-dollar deals ($2M–$25M+)
- Strong network within US/EU Life Sciences ecosystem
- Experience in selling Digital Engineering services for Medical Devices
- Understanding of validation (CSV), GAMP5, and quality systems
- Experience working with global delivery model
- Annual Revenue Target: $5M–$20M+
- Pipeline Coverage (3–5x of quota)
- Multi-year strategic deal closures
- Expansion into R&D, Clinical, and Manufacturing functions
- Fast-growing Life Sciences practice
- Strong domain-led consulting & engineering capabilities
