Commercial Operations & Sales Support Manager

We’re seeking a highly organized Commercial Operations & Sales Support Manager to support complex, project-based B2B sales activities within a growing automation and infrastructure environment.

This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and customers, helping drive proposals, pricing, project coordination, and overall sales execution.

• Support project-based sales opportunities from inquiry through project handoff
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, bids, and RFP responses
• Assist with pricing, budgeting, and commercial documentation
• Maintain CRM records and sales-related documentation
• Track project milestones, proposal deadlines, and customer deliverables
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution
• Support reporting, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Project Coordination, Proposal Coordination, Technical Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Experience supporting project-based B2B sales environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management systems
