Regional Sales Manager – South NJ

We have a position open for a Regional Sales Manager in the South NJ region. IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LIVE SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 78.

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users about IP Video and Axis cameras.
• Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
• Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learn sessions, and speaking seminars.
• Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners.
• Recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons.
• Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports with new and existing projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs with a responsible independent drive.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales-driven position.
• Strong technical background.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more. Expected travel time for this position is 15%.

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 OTE.
