Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Software Sales Representative to drive new business growth for our Microsoft consulting practice. As our primary outbound sales person, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth strategy, help build our sales function, and expand our presence in key markets.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to identify client challenges and position our Microsoft consulting, implementation, integration, and cybersecurity services as solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate is a proactive, results-driven hunter with experience selling software, technology, or consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus:
New Logo Growth

  • Own and exceed an ambitious annual sales quota focused on new client acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and develop net-new opportunities across target industries
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle:
    Prospecting and pipeline development, Discovery and needs assessment, Solution positioning in collaboration with technical teams, Proposal development and deal closure
  • Clearly articulate the business value of Microsoft-based solutions
  • Partner closely with delivery and pre-sales experts to ensure accurate scoping and strong client alignment
  • Help build a scalable, repeatable sales motion aligned to company growth goals
  • Lead client conversations and uncover business challenges
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams for detailed scoping and solution design
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, maintaining client trust and clarity throughout the engagement
  • Continuously refine pipeline strategy to drive sustained revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling Microsoft solutions (Dynamics, Business Central, SharePoint, Azure, or similar)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem offerings and value propositions
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex services engagements (e.g., implementations, integrations, consulting)
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar)
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Hunter mindset with a passion for building net-new relationships
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration with technical and delivery teams
  • High ownership, accountability, and bias toward action
