Client Relationship Manager
Location: Must reside near a major airport in one of the following northern states:
New England, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut.

Job Summary: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success. By engaging with assigned dealerships, the manager will understand customer needs, maximize adoption of CDK solutions, and support revenue growth in partnership with sales.
Responsibilities- Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures.
- Complete mandatory compliance tasks and acknowledgements.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Travel up to 50% of the time and drive up to 25% of the time.
- Field questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources.
- Assist clients in defining strategies around CDK solutions and ensuring they understand product benefits.
- Maintain pre‑established relationships with dealership management.
- Demonstrate expertise in CDK products and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Assess dealership risk factors and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare client‑specific reports and presentations to drive growth.
- Identify training needs and partner with sales to grow the CDK business.
- Implement retention strategies for at‑risk clients.
- Support Sr. CSMs as needed and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Document valued‑added conversations and engagements with dealer partners using Totango.
- Minimum 4 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience.
- Experience in B2B or outside sales or account management in a similar industry.
- Ability to work and influence all dealership levels.
- Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with the automotive industry.
- Experience with Sales Force.
- High sense of urgency and ability to handle high‑stress interactions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team‑player with limited supervision.
- Excellent time management and meeting deadlines.
- Travel up to 75%.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license and travel documents (if applicable).
- 3+ years of automotive experience.
- Familiarity with CDK’s organizational structure, solutions, and service models.
- Experience with SaaS and a customer experience (CX) platform.
- Knowledge of dealership workflows.
- BA/BS degree.
- Operate computer hardware and office equipment.
- Perform repetitive motions and move items up to 15 pounds.
- Operate vehicle and navigate airports.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
$64,000 to $82,000 plus benefits and potential bonus.
