Territory Manager - Philadelphia

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education and in‑service as required or requested.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual plans designed to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a level of excellence in clinical knowledge within respective disease states.
• Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.
• Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, and overall sales training curriculum at new‑hire training classes and sales meetings as requested.

• Minimum BA/BS with two to four years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success.
• Strong customer service, professionalism, negotiation, coaching, and team‑building skills.
• Precise communication skills with high competency in understanding written and verbal information; strong listening and personal assessment skills.
• Strong capacity to adapt quickly to a changing environment and to gather information, analyze, solve problems and think independently.
• Sound understanding of basic mathematical processes and ability to assimilate numerical information.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate keyboarding skills, MS Excel, MS Word and BD’s sales information systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto safety standards.

Salary range: $79,600.00 – $ Base + Commission

Most roles require a minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week to maintain culture and smooth operations. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements indicated in the job posting.
