Position: Associate Sales Representative, ACM (Northern New Jersey)),

Role Overview
Your work will make a difference by building trust to achieve results. The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will focus on revenue generation for the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring (ACM) team, selling the Carnation Ambulatory Monitor (CAM) Patch to physicians, nurses, and office managers in primary care settings.

Responsibilities
  • Call on current and prospective Primary Care customers in an assigned territory.
  • Partner with account executives, regional managers, technical support, and product management to present our end‑to‑end solution.
  • Use Phone, Email, and Virtual methods to engage office managers, nursing staff, physicians, and key decision makers.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, and qualifying small‑dollar sales opportunities.
  • Engage in extensive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation; schedule demos for ACM Account Executives when required.
  • Apply business intelligence and sales analysis tools to manage and increase opportunities.
  • Maintain all administrative tasks and update  regularly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales; preferably medical equipment sales.
  • Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel) and CRM/ experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently.
  • Capability to influence decision makers ranging from nurses to C‑level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking sales activity, developing plans, and assessing local market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to structure sales deals and collaborate with team members.
  • Self‑starter who can work remotely.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
Compensation

Estimated base pay range: $53,600 – $73,700 annually. Additional incentive compensation is available for achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Location & Travel

Home base:
Northern New Jersey. Up to 20% travel may be required, including overnight stays.
