About the Role

This is an onsite position based in Eatontown, NJ. The B2B Appliance Sales position is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing organization, grow with the role and make an impact. The role requires you to be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously by leveraging your dynamic interpersonal skills and goal oriented attitude to expand our retail client base. You will be calling on retailers, e-tailers, manufacturers and big box stores nationwide to market warranties in conjunction with their products.

Comprehensive training is provided to achieve maximum results.

Responsibilities
  • A proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated and resourceful to reach and exceed sales goals while achieving a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated track record of success with B2B Sales in the consumer goods/appliance/electronics sector.
  • Ability to build quick rapport with potential clients using your assertiveness and confidence to educate them on the value of our services.
  • A closer with the ability to manage multiple customers concurrently, utilizing problem-solving strategies to best position CPS products and services.
  • An effective communicator with a strong phone presence and the ability to proficiently engage clients through disciplined outbound call activity and email.
  • Able and willing to quickly learn and master new technologies to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business model in order to answer all client related inquiries.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, fluid operating environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    B2B Appliance sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Must have a book of business

Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive compensation package including base salary commensurate with experience and reasonably set performance based commission incentives. 401K.
