Territory Sales Manager – OUTSIDE SALES - Road Warrior

Position Overvie
w Road warrior role responsible for driving sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP, and F&I products across assigned Northern New Jersey and Philly territory. Focus on independent and franchise automotive dealerships to grow revenue and market share

• Conduct frequent in-person visits and presentations to dealerships throughout the territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I managers, and sales teams
• Deliver product training, sales support, and ongoing account management
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management
• Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships with dealerships
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract administration and customer service

• 3+ years of automotive sales or F&I experience preferred
• Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel extensively (road warrior – 80%+ time on the road)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
