In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy solutions and help them make informed decisions for their homes and communities.

• Engage with homeowners and build genuine, professional relationships
• Educate customers on renewable energy options in a clear and simple way
• Guide customers through the enrollment process accurately and professionally
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands‑on training and mentorship
• Set and achieve personal performance goals in a fast‑paced environment
• Represent Mpower with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.

• Weekly Earnings $1,200-$1,500+ (base + uncapped commission + bonuses)
• Fast Promotions – Advance to Team Leader in as little as 15-90 days based on performance

• Full‑time availability (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
