Position: Account Manager – Managed Services (MSP / IT Services)

Nuvollo is a Managed Services Provider focused on supporting business‑critical systems that require secure, highly available, and predictable environments. We partner closely with our clients to operate, optimize, and grow their technology platforms while delivering long-term value.

Job Overview

We’re hiring an Account Manager – Managed Services to own and grow client relationships across our portfolio.

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on retention, account growth, and trusted advisory, not cold outbound sales.

You’ll act as a key partner to your clients, ensuring strong engagement while identifying opportunities to expand managed services, security, and ERP solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with stakeholders
  • Drive account growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead regular client touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality service
  • Prepare proposals and solution recommendations aligned to client needs
  • Maintain account plans, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or account‑based sales
  • Experience in Managed Services, IT services, MSP, cybersecurity, or ERP
  • Strong client‑facing and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot or Salesforce is a plus)
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with enterprise or commercial clients
  • Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, or security solutions
  • Experience leading client reviews (QBRs or similar)
  • Occasional travel for client visits
  • Hybrid flexibility depending on location
