What is the Role:

The Sales Hunter position is a key role responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for target companies in the Industrial (Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities) Industry.

The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring net new clients for Client (80%). The candidate might be asked to look for new business in existing or dormant accounts (20%). The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for Client’s Industrial Vertical services. The candidate will develop revenue‑producing relationships with decision‑making CxO level executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.

This is a quota carrying role with support provided by Inside sales, Pre‑sales, Marketing and Lead generating existing channels.

What you will be provided:

The role will be provided with a dedicated team of Inside sales for the targeted accounts to perform outbound lead generation. An industry aligned Pre‑sales team to help prepare collaterals, a Marketing teams to run campaigns for inbound lead‑gen or targeted executives reach out and existing channels in motion to support your role with leads and opportunities to close.

Spear‑tip offerings, use cases, client references and subject matter experts to tag team with for a customer win.

What your responsibilities will include:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the Industrial vertical leader
  • The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
  • Execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team.
  • Achieve and manage lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on‑site presentations, RFI response, multi‑day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
  • Work in close collaboration with Client’s presales team & practice teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
  • Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
  • Self‑motivated to sell services, solutions, and platforms to Industrial customers.
