Industry-leading global technology consulting organization is looking for an experienced Salesforce Client Partner / Sales Director to drive strategic growth across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Are you a strategic, client-facing leader who can combine executive relationship management, Salesforce consulting expertise, and business development to drive growth within enterprise accounts. You will be commercially focused, consultative in approach, and passionate about helping organizations modernize through Salesforce-powered digital transformation.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven Salesforce professional who combines deep consulting expertise with business development experience. You will work directly with executive stakeholders, lead complex Salesforce transformation opportunities, and help enterprise clients deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Build and manage a strong Salesforce-focused sales pipeline within enterprise BFSI accounts.
- Generate new business through consultative, solution-led selling.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure.
- Lead responses to RFPs, proposals, presentations, and executive client discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to develop winning pursuit strategies.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Leverage Salesforce platform capabilities to address complex business and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Position innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Build strategic relationships with Salesforce and participate in joint sales pursuits and go-to-market initiatives.
- Work closely with internal consulting, delivery, and industry teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Represent the organization as a trusted advisor within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 10+ years of overall IT, consulting, or enterprise technology experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) consulting or implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, client engagement, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic technology decisions.
- Strong knowledge of customer journeys across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and partner organizations.
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with experience managing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
- Salesforce certifications including one or more of:
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation, CRM strategy, and customer experience initiatives.
