Our client is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth by managing the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a hybrid position based in Ocean County, NJ.

Starting at $90,000/year.

• Self-source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
• Run product demos tailored to prospective clients' needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet sales targets
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status in CRM
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales role
• Proven track record of self‑sourcing and closing new business
• Strong demo and presentation skills
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage objections and close deals
• Comfortable working independently to manage a full sales pipeline
• Experience with CRM tools to track and report on sales activity
• Results‑driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding quota
