Regional Vice President; Direct Sales), e-Discovery and Litigation Support

Position Overview

IST Management is hiring multiple Senior-level Regional Vice President (direct sales) roles for the National e-Discovery and Litigation Support sales team.

Applicants outside the tri-state area are encouraged to apply.

Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $200,000 or more. Commission opportunities are uncapped and up to 16% on processing and hosting revenue. Eligible RVPs receive equity shares. Additionally, a 30% commission is awarded on any e-Discovery processing/hosting revenue sold within the first six months.

• Existing book of business (ideally over $1M per year) in e-Discovery and/or Forensics and Analysis using Relativity.
• Drive to earn and achieve sales goals.

Drive sales growth for IST’s e-Discovery and litigation support services as a Regional Vice President.

Develop and maintain client relationships, secure new business, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to progress toward Global Director of Sales position.

To qualify for an RVP position, candidates must

• Own an existing book of business in e-Discovery/Legal support services.
• Have a diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Remote or hybrid variations are available. Occasional travel, including air travel, may be required.

Comprehensive training is provided remotely, in hybrid, or at IST headquarters in Atlanta, GA, up to a 3-week duration, with travel, lodging, and accommodations covered for participants.
