The Head of Travel Management Partnerships leads the strategy, growth, and performance of ABG's Global Travel Management Company (TMC) partnerships, Corporate Travel Agencies, and Business Travel Associations. This role is responsible for driving year‑over‑year revenue growth, managing a team, and positioning ABG as the preferred mobility partner across the global corporate travel ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, grow, and develop the TMC and corporate travel partnership portfolio, owning revenue targets and long‑term growth strategy across a $500M+ book of business.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy focused on retention, revenue growth, upselling, cross‑selling, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, providing coaching, setting performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative, client‑first culture.
  • Align team objectives with ABG's broader sales and growth goals, ensuring the account management function operates as a strategic driver of the business.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key TMC and corporate travel accounts, maintaining executive‑level relationships and ensuring the highest levels of partner satisfaction.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and renewals, including global TMC partnership agreements, proactively identifying and mitigating risk of churn.
  • Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives across the existing partner portfolio, collaborating with Marketing and Pricing to identify and launch strategic opportunities.
  • Work cross‑functionally to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, to advance partnership goals and resolve escalated issues.
  • Oversee the resolution of escalated partner issues and ensure seamless day‑to‑day relationship management, including billing, co‑op marketing programs, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor key account metrics including revenue growth, customer lifetime value, cost of sale, and churn rate; provide regular strategic updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to identify trends, forecast performance, and guide decision‑making across the partnership portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and resources that increase the effectiveness of the account management team.
  • Represent ABG at key industry and TMC events, driving brand awareness, communicating ABG's value proposition, and delivering measurable ROI through strategic event presence and engagement.
  • Drive the globalization of TMC partnership agreements and serve as ABG's primary relationship owner with global TMC stakeholders.
Perks You’ll Get:
  • Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance
  • Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions
  • Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills
  • Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, or Business Travel, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or people leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong knowledge of the Travel Management Company landscape, corporate travel ecosystem, and global industry dynamics
  • Proven ability to build and influence executive‑level relationships internally and externally
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership agreements
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth, improving cost of sale, and expanding discretionary business
