Project Manager, Marketing Communications

WebMD/Medscape is looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our Medscape Education Sales Enablement Team in the Newark, NJ office or remotely. The Sales Enablement Team plays an important role in developing a variety of resources to support large sales teams in both the US and internationally. This role will be responsible for managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects.

The candidate will be comfortable with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction.

• Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams
• Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams
• Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control
• Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow
• Work closely with the sales team to proactively support requests
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised to project progress

• Stellar, detail-oriented and deadline-focused project management skills
• Proactive, with a strong sense of self-direction
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage key internal stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
• Resourceful with ability to quickly take projects from idea to execution
• Strategic and creative thinker, inquisitive and willing to evaluate/change current processes

• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with project management in a healthcare environment
• Management Degree, Marketing Degree, Public Health Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or experience managing design vendors a plus

Salary range: $68,500 - $75,000

Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
