Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
- Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
- Actively search for and close new business opportunities
- Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management
- Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects
- Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
