Clinical Programs Manager

Responsibilities

• Assisting sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, renewal strategies for group accounts
• Making formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients
• Analyzing utilization data and presenting reports and recommended changes
• Supporting customers acting as a consistent advisor for clinical program performance and recommendations
• Meeting with key customers frequently to review clinical data, costs, and ROI
• Partnering with account management and analytics to prepare insightful reporting
• Evaluating account utilization data to identify areas to target or new programming/options
• Preparing responses to RFPs and analytical reports for accounts in support of the program
• Developing relationships with consultants and brokers

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• RN license and/or other clinical credentials preferred
• Business/consulting background preferred
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills
