Magic Roofing are seeking a driven, results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to create interest and set appointments for free.

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Speak expertly about roof damage from storm, hail, or wind
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Present solutions for residential roofing projects
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and customer outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

• Base pay of $500/week to cover transportation and other costs
• Uncapped commission structure (top performers earn significantly above average)
