• Minimum 5 years' janitorial services sales experience
• Proven track record of winning commercial cleaning contracts
• Experience developing and managing key client relationships
• Strong understanding of the janitorial and facility services market
• Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience leading complex sales opportunities and RFP processes
• Ability to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies
• Generate new business opportunities throughout the region
• Manage key customer relationships
• Lead strategic bids, tenders and proposals
• Work closely with operational leadership teams
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Represent the organisation across industry events and client engagements
