, are seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Representative with a proven track record of business development in the commercial facility maintenance sector. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for an industry veteran with 5+ years of dedicated facility maintenance sales experience who brings an established network of regional or national commercial relationships.

The ideal candidate understands the complexities of multi-site commercial properties, vendor compliance, and contractual service agreements. You will lead our growth efforts by leveraging your existing network, securing new commercial accounts, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial pitch to compliance onboarding.

Leverage Existing Network:
Actively prospect, pitch, and close new commercial facility maintenance contracts using established relationships with property managers, asset managers, and corporate real estate directors.

Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Source and qualify leads, conduct site walks/assessments, author comprehensive requests for proposals (RFPs), generate pricing from industry knowledge, working with team to confirm accuracy, and negotiate high-value, multi-year service agreements.

Strategic Account Upselling:
Identify expansion opportunities within newly secured accounts, upselling additional interior/exterior maintenance services, capital projects, or emergency services.

Contractual Integrity:
Review and execute customer service agreements, ensuring the scope of work, labor rates, and profit margins align perfectly with company operational capabilities.

Onboarding Alignment:
Partner closely with internal administrative and operational teams to transition new accounts smoothly, ensuring all client-specific compliance checklists and billing frameworks are established before service launch.

Trusted Advisory:
Act as the primary, high-touch liaison during a client's first year, ensuring service delivery aligns with sales promises and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Market Presence:
Represent the company at major industry networking events, trade associations (e.g., Connex, IFMA, BOMA), and regional conferences to continuously expand the sales pipeline.

Industry Tenure: 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience specifically within the commercial facility maintenance, multi-site property management, or commercial trades sector.

Established Book of Business: A demonstrable network of active contacts within commercial retail, industrial, healthcare, or corporate real estate portfolios.

Contractual Expertise:
Strong experience analyzing, pricing, and drafting corporate facility service agreements and responding to complex corporate RFPs.

Deep Industry Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of facility maintenance scopes (e.g., HVAC, janitorial, exterior cleaning, landscaping, or seasonal snow removal) and the vendor compliance standards required to service them.

Autonomous Drive:
High level of confidence and autonomy in making strategic pricing and relationship choices to win high-risk, high-reward national or regional accounts.

Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with modern CRM software, work order management platforms, and financial reporting systems.
