Industrial Sales Engineer

Kinsley Group is seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer to drive growth in power generation and CHP solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. In this client-facing role, you will prospect and develop accounts, conduct site visits, and translate customer needs into technically sound generator and critical power solutions. You'll prepare proposals, bids, and pricing, collaborating closely with engineering, project, and service teams to deliver turnkey systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage industrial and commercial accounts for generator and CHP solutions
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the utilities and energy market
• Conduct site visits and gather technical requirements with customers and internal teams
• Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and pricing packages
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to design turnkey power solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records accurately
• Negotiate terms and close sales while meeting revenue and margin targets
• Support project handoff to operations and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Stay current on power generation technologies, codes, and industry trends
• Promote Kinsley Group's safety, quality, and customer-first culture in all activities
