Job Description Inside salesperson Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level Inside Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, business development, or operations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales processes.

• Provide administrative support to the inside sales team
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (will train)
• Assist with processing orders, quotes, and invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries ina timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus, will train. .
