We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate / Business Development Executive to join our team and support our Technology Consulting Services business development efforts
.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, interns, or professionals with 1–2 years of sales/business development experience who are interested in building a career in US staffing, technology sales, and client acquisition.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, promoting our staffing and IT services, and developing relationships with prospective customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the US market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through Linked In, email, phone calls, and other business channels.
• Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Introduce and promote the company’s Technology Consulting Services to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruiting/delivery teams to support staffing needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and hiring managers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and identify opportunities to convert leads into business.
• Schedule meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM or internal systems.
• Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and market trends.
• Support senior sales/business development team members with account research, presentations, proposals, and client communication.
• Meet assigned activity, lead-generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on US staffing, technology, and recruiting market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, recruitment, marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, Technology Consulting Services, and technology services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with prospective clients.
• Strong Linked In and internet research skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, IT services, or business development.
• Familiarity with Technology Consulting Services or the US IT services market

• Experience using Linked In for prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales engagement platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technology services, or recruitment services.
