Regional Sales Manager​/Metro

Newly Weds Foods is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager for the New Jersey/Metro New York territory to drive growth across our portfolio of coatings, seasonings, and sauces
. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers bring innovative food products to market.

This role is Hybrid "home" office and in the field.

Travel Required:

40-60%.

• Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities with prospective accounts, including delivering presentations, leading business reviews, and responding to RFPs
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular sales calls, product promotions, and proactive account management
• Collaborate with customers to introduce new products, monitor inventory needs, and resolve any challenges quickly and effectively
• Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Represent Newly Weds Foods at major industry trade shows and conventions
• Travel approximately 40-60% to support customer engagement and business growth
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in food ingredients or food manufacturing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business applications

• Hybrid of office-based and field sales environment
• Exposure to food production settings, including occasional loud environments and strong food ingredient aromas (including spices)

Compensation: $130,000 -$160,000
