A leading food manufacturing company in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking a Food Scientist to join their Research and Development team. The role involves driving product commercialization from concept to launch, leading technical activities for development projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, at least 3 years of product development experience, and strong communication skills.

Salary range is $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus.
