• Providing protection for various protectees.
• Conducting criminal investigations related to U.S. financial obligations.
• Planning and executing security designs for National Special Security Events.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to carry and use a firearm; firearm proficiency is mandatory.
• Age between 21 and 37 at the time of conditional offer, with exceptions for prior federal law enforcement service or veteran's preference.
• Top Secret Clearance, maintained throughout career.
• Visual acuity of 20/100 binocular, corrected to 20/20 in each eye.
• Hearing loss not exceeding 25 decibels in relevant ranges.
• Passing drug tests, including pre-employment and random testing.
• Completion of 13 weeks of FLETC training and 18 weeks at James J. Rowley Training Center.
• Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and abroad.
• Registered with the Selective Service System if applicable.
