Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations;
Assist with security-related requests in a medical environment, including observing waiting areas, helping with crowd management, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or emergency conditions
