Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.13 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM;
Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, de-escalation, and other security-related customer service needs across the location.

• Hospital site requirements include vaccines.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have 2+ years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
