Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution and shipping location, including interior work areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points.;
Monitor entrances, exits, trailer yards, and/or package handling areas to help to deter unauthorized access, unusual activity, and policy violations.;
Support site operations by assisting with access control, verifying credentials when required, and communicating clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or first responders during routine and unusual events.
