Under instruction, maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; performs related work as needed to support facility maintenance and ensure safety, health, and welfare of all parties.

- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician Certification issued by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial setting
- NJ Black Seal Boiler Operator License (required)
- NJ HVAC License (preferred)
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Health qualifications met for all personnel
