Overview
YCS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to local and fire and safety facility requirements.
- Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replace windows, order parts and supplies, and secure township permits as needed.
- Hang doors/door frames and window equipment from suppliers; provide estimates and repair cost.
- Participate in incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves.
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED)
- 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience
