We are a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company in Morris, IL, seeking a highly motivated Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

• Perform carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, and plumbing tasks as required.
• Use and maintain a basic set of hand tools; larger specialty tools will be provided as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Present yourself with a clean‑cut appearance, a decently maintained vehicle, and organized tools.
• Identify additional repair opportunities and advise customers, building confidence for future work.
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction.

• Strong overall knowledge of carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Possession of a basic tool set: hand tools, drill, level, etc.
• Clean‑cut appearance and presentable vehicle.

• Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend work.
• Dispatch to jobs from home; no routine office attendance required.
